Joe is a Marine Broker/Technician at Lilley Plummer Risks, specialising in Hull & Machinery, War, and Kidnap & Ransom. He also handles a wide range of interests which include Marine Liability, Cargo, and Mortgagee Interest Insurance/ Mortgagee Additional Perils Insurance. Associate Director - AON
Priyesh is an Associate Director at Aon having joined in 2023. Prior to this, he worked at Allianz within the Marine Liabilities and Ports & Terminals team. At Aon he specialises in Logistics, Supply Chain & Marine Liabilities.

INGRID HU
Senior Claims Associate - Steamship Mutual
Ingrid joined Steamship Mutual in March 2025 and handles a mix of P&I and FDD claims in the Eastern Syndicate. Prior to this, Ingrid trained at Kennedys Law and qualified into the Marine team where she spent 4 years PQE advising on both dry and wet shipping matters before taking a 6-month break from work to travel. Ingrid joined the Marine & Energy U35s Committee in January 2023.

Marine Underwriter - Navium
Millie is an Underwriter at Navium Marine, having joined in 2021. She specialises in Hull, War, and Builders Risks. Millie began her career in 2019 at the Lloyd’s of London Insurance Graduate Scheme, having graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA in Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic History and an MA from Newcastle University in Early Medieval Archaeology. Millie joined the Marine & Energy U35s Committee in January 2025.

KATIE ETHERIDGE
Renewable Energy and Power Underwriter - Axis
Katie is a Renewable Energy and Power Underwriter at AXIS, specialising in the UK, Ireland, and the MEA region. She began her career in the renewable energy insurance market in 2016 as an Underwriting Assistant and has since progressed through a range of underwriting roles at AXIS, Aviva, and Arch.

Cargo Underwriter - Chubb
Angus is an Underwriter in the Marine Cargo team at Chubb, having joined in 2025. Prior to this he worked at Arch within the Cargo team, initially as an Underwriting assistant and then as an Assistant Underwriter. Angus joined the Marine & Energy U35s committee in January 2025. Assistant Underwriter – BRIT
Tom is an Assistant Underwriter at Brit specialising in Fine Art, Jewellery, Cash in Transit and General Specie for clients globally. He joined Brit in September 2023 having worked at Axis for 5 years prior. Tom joined the Marine & Energy U35s committee in January 2025. Marine Hull & War Underwriter - AXA XL
Annabelle is an Underwriter in the Marine Hull and War team at AXA XL, having joined in 2021. Prior to this she worked in the Regulatory Compliance team at Hiscox, having graduated with a Law degree from the University of Exeter in 2019. At AXA XL, Annabelle writes business across a broad Hull portfolio with a particular focus on Builders Risks, and joined the U35s Committee in January 2026.

Assistant Underwriter - Talbot
Jake is an Assistant Underwriter in the Marine and Energy Liability team at Talbot. He began his career in 2017 as an apprentice at an MGA in Chelmsford, Essex, and transitioned to the Lloyd’s market in 2020. Collaborating closely with the Marine Liability team at AIG, they access opportunities across both the Lloyd’s and London Market. Senior Energy Underwriter – Markel
Scott is a Senior Underwriter at Markel specialising in Upstream having joined in 2022 from CNA Hardy. He has over 10 years’ experience in the market having started his career as a Lloyd’s of London Graduate. Scott joined the Marine & Energy U35s Committee in January 2026. Katie is a Client Executive at Marsh having joined in 2023 from Ed Broking LLP. She specialises in North American Energy & Power and has a range of account management experience across the International Energy sector. AMBER SCOTCHMER
Assistant vice President - Marsh
Amber started her career in 2021 joining the Marsh graduate program. Initially placed in the Marine P&I team supporting the servicing of clients entered in both mutual and fixed premium facilities she then transferred to the Marine Liabilities team as a Broker/Client Executive in December 2022 where she has been able to build on her P&I experience and achieve a more rounded understanding of the liability market.
