Solicitor - Campbell Johnston Clark
Deji is a solicitor at Campbell Johnston Clark.
He worked for over 8 years in the London office of a leading international provider of professional services to the global insurance market. An Associate of the Association of Average Adjusters, Deji has extensive experience of ports and terminals, cargo, marine liabilities, yacht and average adjusting matters. He has also worked with a leading International Group P&I Club.
Deji joined the Marine & Energy U35's Committee in January 2017 as Secretary, was Treasurer in 2018, Vice-Chairman in 2019 and is the current Chairman. Please contact Deji, if you have any comments or queries, regarding the Marine & Energy U35s or maritime law.
Marine and Energy Liability Underwriter - The Hartford
Charlotte is a Marine and Energy Liability Underwriter at Navigators, having joined the syndicate in August 2018. Prior to this, Charlotte spent 6 years at another Lloyd’s syndicate, initially as a marine claims adjuster, before joining the Marine & Energy Liability Underwriting team in 2014.
Marine Hull Underwriter - Royal & Sun Alliance Plc
Danny has been at RSA for 3 years having joined the marine claims team from an adjusting position at Richards Hogg Lindley, Liverpool. Having spent his first year and a half at RSA handling an adjusting large and complex Hull and Machinery and Construction claims, he joined the Hull and Machinery Underwriting team in late 2016.
In January 2017 Danny joined the Marine & Energy U35’s committee and will be picking up the mantle for sports related activities. Feel free to get in touch with any enquiries or suggestions.
Senior Claims Adjuster - Ark Underwriting
Phil is a Senior Claims Adjuster at Ark, responsible for claims across Fine Art and Specie, Hull and Cargo. He joined Ark in 2011 where he has also previously handled non-marine claims and additionally worked as a Claims Broker at Paragon for two years prior to joining Ark.
P&I Reinsurance Broker - Willis Re
Alex is a P&I Reinsurance Broker who joined the Willis Re P&I team in September 2019.
Prior to this this, Alex spent 6 years in the Willis Towers Watson direct P&I team advising and placing a variety of operators programmes into IG Clubs and Non-IG P&I providers.

Associate Director in Marine - Price Forbes & Partners Ltd
Joshua is an Associate Director in the Marine, Energy and Natural Resources (MENR) team at Price Forbes & Partners, having joined in January, 2011.
Joshua works in both the Lloyd’s and Club markets handling Marine business and joined the Marine U35s Committee in January, 2018.
Cargo Underwriter - Brit Global Specialty
Katie is an Underwriter in the Marine Cargo team at Brit, having joined in August 2016. Prior to this, Katie has gained experience in working at two other syndicates in their Cargo departments, spanning over 8 years in Lloyds.

Assistant Underwriter - Cargo - MS Amlin
Stephanie is an Assistant Underwriter at MS Amlin and has been part of the cargo team since 2016. She previously worked at Hiscox, working within their Reisurance division.

Class Underwriter - Upstream Energy Talbot
Alastair is an Class Underwriter in the Upstream Energy team at Talbot Underwriting where he has been for 7 years. In addition to traditional E&P activities Alastair also has special interests in renewables and power cables.
Alastair joined the committee in January 2019, was a delegate on the 2017 U35 Energy Trip to Latin America and until recently was the U35s representative on the Joint Rig Committee.
P&I Claims handler - Shipowners Club
Rebecca is a Claims Executive in the Offshore Syndicate of the Shipowners Club and handles a wide variety of P&I disputes. Prior to joining Shipowners Club in January 2020, Rebecca spent 4 and a half years working for another IG Club. She has a LLB in Business Law, MSC in Law, Business and Finance, and is working towards her IG P&IQ Advanced Certificate.

Senior Associate - Clyde & Co LLP
Craig joined Clyde & Co in 2015 and is an experienced marine lawyer advising London market and international marine insurers/reinsurers on all matters arising out of the sale, insurance and carriage of goods, by sea, air, road and rail. Craig also regularly advises on other marine classes such as warehousing, liability, yachts and specie.
Craig is frequently asked by leading insurers in London, Europe and ASIA to provide marine insurance coverage advice in respect of high value losses. Having completed two London market secondments in 2016 and 2017 at Zurich and Brit, Craig has broad experience of the insurance market and first-hand experience of adjusting marine, fine art and specie claims.
Craig joined the Marine & Energy U35’s Committee in January 2020.
Specie Underwriter - Markel International
Max is a Fine Art and Specie Underwriter at Markel International. He has been on the Markel Specie team since 2012 having joined Markel through their graduate scheme.

Luke is a Marine Liability and Marine War Underwriter at Liberty Speciality Markets. He has been at Liberty since 2012.

Adjuster - Matthews Daniel
Jake is an energy Loss Adjuster at Matthews Daniel, where he primarily works on upstream oil and gas claims. He joined Matthews Daniel in 2014, having previously worked for two years on offshore drilling rigs as a Mud Logger with Baker Hughes in the UK sector of the North Sea.
Jake joined the Marine & Energy U35's committee in January 2020.
Vice President - Global Marine - Marsh JLT Specialty
Jeremy is a Claims Advocate for Marsh JLT Specialty having joined in July 2019, previously working for RSA Insurance, Zurich Global Corporate & Navigators & General.
He has experience working within various areas of the Marine, Fine Art & Specie sector and held a role on the LMA’s Joint Marine Claims Committee prior to moving into a broking role.
