About the Event
Please join an educational talk by Joe Dutton, Energy Innovation Lead at Axis, to be held in the Lloyd's Library.
In recent years hydrogen has been touted as a key innovation for the energy transition and reducing emissions. Companies and governments alike have set ambitious targets for production and consumption. This presentation will take a look at hydrogen, and unpack its key characteristics, current uses, and what role it could play in the future energy system. It will also look at technical and underwriting consideration for insurers – and discuss why the nascent hydrogen sector has so far struggled to grow.
We hope you can join us for this insightful session.
Lloyd's Library, Thursday 28th May from 10:00am - 11:00am.
